Application

Jeans zymogen powdery cellulase enzyme LA-D25. Recommended as fabric treatment process after the ingredients for use

Recommended product application conditions

Dosage:        0.1–0.2% of Fabric weight  

Bath ratio:    5–10

Washing PH:     6.0–7.5       

Temperature:   30-55 °C

Running time    20–90 minutes

The PH value should be washed before commissioning of adding enzyme. Acetic acid, acetic acid and phosphate buffer solution, citric acid can be used to debug pH value. Products and best use temperature is 35-45°C.

Enzyme powder LA-D25 is concentrated product, suggest complex method

Enzyme powder LA-D25:50 -100 grams / machine, whereby each pants use weight of 0.5 -1 grams

In 25 C storage in original sealed container, jeans enzyme enzyme MED25 activity for at least 6 months does not reduce, if the storage time is too long, or poor storage conditions, such as in a high temperature environment, this product may cause the dosage to improve. Therefore, recommended in low temperature storage

Safety 

Enzyme preparation of protein, accidental inhalation after, for some easy allergy may induce allergic reactions. If the long time exposure to certain enzymes, may lead to skin, eyes and mucous inflammation. If one falls the ground, should be timely water flushing, so as to avoid drying and producing dust.
